Find a suitable Pub within 15 minute walk of a railway station
Explain to the Landlord what you are planning to do and make sure he / she is happy to have the singing and the Down Downs. Does the pub stays open & serve food all day.
Get the pubs phone number so if a large pack turns up we can phone the pub and warn them that they might need extra staff or pre book our meals before running.
Let the landlord know that is tradition that they provide a BIG bowl of chips as soon as the hashers get back to the pub - this encourages the hashers to order more food!

Set the trail on the Friday night before the run use good quality flour, it's rain proof!
Be prepared! It's better to have too much flour than not enough.
